At PromptVestor, we have a clear refund policy to ensure transparency in our service delivery:

  • Refunds are only available if the user has not used the product or executed any LLM queries.
  • Due to the nature of AI and LLM costs being non-refundable, users who have used the product, even minimally, are not eligible for refunds.

Dispute Policy

We are committed to addressing any concerns or disputes fairly and efficiently:

  • Users may contact PromptVestor at [email protected] to discuss any disputes related to billing or product issues.
  • PromptVestor will review disputes on a case-by-case basis and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
  • Disputes related to investment outcomes or dissatisfaction with LLM-generated insights will not be eligible for refunds, as these outputs are informational and subject to limitations of AI.
