Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your PromptVestor subscription at any time by following these steps:

1. Log in to your PromptVestor account
2. Navigate to Account Settings
3. Select "Subscription Management"
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
5. Confirm your cancellation

• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the product until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made to your payment method.
• You will continue to have access to all features and data until your subscription period ends.
• Any saved data or custom workflows will remain accessible until the end of your subscription period.

• Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information about refund eligibility.
• If you cancel during a trial period, you will not be charged.

If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation:

• You can reactivate at any time by logging into your account
• Your previous settings and preferences will be preserved
• New subscription rates may apply
